If your business is using an agency to do any type of Facebook marketing, management, or any type of Facebook website integrations, you’ll need to give that agency permission to manage your business’s Facebook page. This article quickly goes over how to make that happen.
Accepting Page Access Requests
Step 1
First off, the agency needs to send your Facebook page a request to manage the page. You as the client don’t need to worry about how to do this, just make sure the agency has done this before moving on to step #2.Step 2
Important Note: This process can only be completed on a computer, as Facebook’s mobile app does not support this ability yet. Once you’ve confirmed the agency has sent your business a “Page Manage” request, you’ll now need to navigate to your Facebook Page on Facebook. Once there, click the “Settings” tab from the menu on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 3
Once in settings, select Page Roles from the settings menu.Step 4
Once on the Page Roles screen, scroll down and you should see a pending request under the Pending Partner Requests section. Click “Respond to Request.”
