For the last five years Jorn van Deynhoven has undoubtedly been one of top international producers and remixers of the electronic music scene. His discography is impressive: 65 remixes, 6 solo singles and 2 DJ-Mix compilations (i.e. Trance World Vol. 13) have made it into the Top 5 of all online music stores. It is therefore no surprise that artists such as Armin van Buuren, Dash Berlin, Gareth Emery, ATB or Aly & Fila have asked Jorn van Deynhoven to remix their productions.

Since the beginning of 2010 Jorn van Deynhoven has been signed exclusively to Armada Music and all his productions are released on the label “A State Of Trance”. The event-series of the same name, based around Armin van Buuren’s radio show has also given Jorn van Deynhoven the chance to establish his international DJ career. He has been asked four consecutive times to perform live at “ASOT” – ASOT 450, ASOT 500, ASOT 550 and ASOT 600.

This has been a perfect platform for an international DJ career. In just three years Jorn van Deynhoven can look back on an incredible tour covering Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, Singapore as well as European countries e.g. Hungary, Spain, Portugal, The Czech Republic, Slovakia, Eire, Germany and Holland. Some of the top addresses where Jorn has performed gigs during his DJ career include legendary international clubs such as Crobar in Buenos Aires (Argentina), Godskitchen in Birmingham (UK) or Ministry Of Sound in London (UK).

Jorn van Deynhoven’s DJ set was described in the following words in a review from an internationally known DJ magazine: “Jorn loves the euphoria and ecstasy of the dancefloor. You can really feel it. Instantly the clubbers are spellbound by the journey they embark on. He doesn’t play the music for himself, but for them and it is this which makes him unique as a DJ.”

When it comes to new productions, his plans are looking just as good.

Jorn is currently working on his debut album as well as on a weekly iTunes Podcast – ”The Jorn van Deynhoven Podcast”. Jorn has definitely found his musical path with Armada Music and the label “A State Of Trance” and we can look forward to the jewels he will be presenting in the near future.
